Terms and Conditions
1. All goods supplied by Pets-R-Us.co.uk remain the property of the vendor Pets-R-Us.co.uk until such time as they are paid for in full.
2. All goods sold through this site are sold as 'pet supplies'. The vendor Pets-R-Us.co.uk. cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by their use.
3. Some products shown on this website may vary slightly from the images displayed from time to time.
4. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Pets-R-Us.co.uk within 3 days of the delivery date.
5. All packages returned to us undelivered will be subject to an additional charge before being re-shipped.
6. Pets-R-Us.co.uk cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information supplied during the checkout process.
7. Material on this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way without prior written permission of the copyright holder. All material is the copyright property of Pets-R-Us.co.uk
8. Despatch
Goods that are in stock are dispatched within one working day. If for any reason we are out of stock, we will email you to notify you. You will of course have the option of cancelling your order.
9. Returns
Returns are accepted, and full details of how to return your goods will be included in your shipment.
9.1. The goods must be unused.
9.2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
9.3. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
9.4. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day your customer received their order.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
